DIY Lip Scrub

I know its a little late to experiment with beauty recipes but i really needed to exfoliate my lips so.... I came up with a lip scrub(:

The recipes i found online included things i dont have or cant use so i just used what i had and voila !

Heres the recipe i came up with:

Sugar or Salt (to exfoliate)
Vanilla Extract (for taste)
Water (to thin it out a little)
Sticky Lip Gloss (seal in moisture and stick to lips)
Olive Oil (moisturizing)

Disclaimer: Sorry there isn't measurements, this was just an experiment(:

I applied it to my lips with a toothbrush and scrubbed away(; I did it about 60 seconds and it worked amazing, plus it taste yummy(: I used Liplicious Bubblegum and its amazing with the vanilla<3

Nail Update(:

Heres my new nail update(: I cut my nails a little. I'm planning on taking biotin supplements again so my nails AND hair can grow faster(:

First, i keep my phone in there, but i'm using it now so...yeah(:
Then i keep my Jake the Dog earphones(:
Next, i have a sparkly mirror compact from forever21 ($2.50)
And a rubberband, a hairtie and a bobby pin(:
Then i have this Yes to Carrot unscented Body Cream
Next i keep a tiny secret tin with some pain killers inside(:
Occasionally i throw in a liner and mascara
Then i have a sparkly binder clip and eraser
And 4 hi-liters from Poppin.com
3 Mechanical Pencils
3 Pens
Gum and 1 regular pencil

Beauty Agenda 1/11/13

Whats on the beauty agenda today? (:

Today i'm very lazy, it being friday, and so i'm just wearing a striped top from Ambercrombie & Fitch and leggings from old navy rolled up a little with white crochet Toms(: No accessories since its my lazy day(:

For makeup, i actually didnt wear any to school since i woke up late but since i just did a tutorial i'm wearing mascara and liner(:

This is shocking but... My nails are bare ! I took the polish off yesterday but i'm planning on painting them(:

For hair, again its my lazy day, i just had it up in a pony tail since i had PE ( i like to call it workout, since it sounds less blah ) but i took it down so now its down, very messy(:

For extras i'm wearing Bodycology Cherry Blossom Spray ( smells amazing ) and Bodycology matching lotion(:

My Simple Everyday Eye Look

Keep in mind i'm 14(:

So first i remove my previous makeup
I curl my lashes
Then i line my tightline (i think its called) with black pencil liner
And i use super black mascara on my upper lashes
I wait for that to dry then apply another coat
And then i use a little liquid liner occasionally(:

Disclaimer: This is me without foundation, concealer, etc. Just mascara and liner(;

DIY Peel Off Basecoat

     My first tutorial is going to be how to make your own peel off basecoat. Maybe you saw Essence's basecoat awhile ago or even just want an easy way to remove glitter(: PS I use this on my nails everytime i paint my nails, no harm

Its easy(: All you need is white glue and an empty nail polish bottle. Just squeeze the glue into the bottle(: (which took me awhile so make sure you have time) Paint your nails with a thin coat and when it dries clear add desired polish and topcoat and when your bored with it, peels right off

     I picked up the habit of nail biting a few months ago. Gross, i know. But i have stopped now and i'm trying to grow my nails out long again before September 2013, which is in like 8 months so i have time(:
